Abastumani observations of the Perseids effect for August (the seasonal nightglow minimum) are examined, and this effect was found to lead to a 1.5-fold intensification of Na emission and a 20-percent intensification of the NO2 emission relative to mean seasonal intensity. In addition, it is shown that, in the winter maximum period, the Quadrantids effect does not exceed 20 percent of the mean seasonal intensity of the Na emission and is inappreciable for the NO2 emission.
