In addition to the Saturn Kilometric Radiation modulation at a periodicity of about 10.8h, several magnetospheric parameters have been observed to be modulated at a similar periodicity in Saturn's magnetosphere (e.g. magnetic field, total plasma density inside 5 Rs, energetic neutral and charged particles in the outer magnetosphere) The periodicity displays short and long timescale variations and was recently identified as dual, with distinct periods in the northern and southern hemispheres. This feature is ubiquitous and has been observed in the different plasma parameters. In this paper, we organize and analyze the thermal and suprathermal electron population moments in function of the new longitude system SLS4 North & South in the 6-9 Lshell interval, near the equator. We identify a modulation of the suprathermal electron moments, in phase with the Bphi magnetic component and the thermal electron density. This result is consistent with the idea that the thermal electron population is produced as a result of the electron-impact of the suprathermal electrons in Saturn's neutral torus.
