A study is made of perfect fluid spacetimes with non-constant pressure p
and matter density mu which are kinematically homogeneous. All
kinematically degenerate models and all rotating nondegenerate models
are shown to be hypersurface homogeneous, and hence observationally
homogeneous if the expansion is nonzero.
