The Special Sensor Ultraviolet Spectrographic Imager (SSUSI) will obtain horizon-to-horizon images of the aurora, dayglow, and nightglow to routinely produce information about the ``space weather'' environment. To be useful this information must be made available as soon as possible and in an easily interpreted form. To do this software must be in place, before the flight of the first SSUSI, which will automatically convert the data numbers returned from the instrument into key environmental parameters. In order to be useful to forecasters this data must be displayable in an interactive environment.
