The diamagnetic effect in protostellar accretion disks modifies slightly the magnetorotational instability which exists in the presence of Hall electromotive force. We have shown that inclusion of magnetization into the governing MHD equations does not change the unstable character of the disk but causes the wavelength range of the unstable mode to expand towards the shorter values.
