This test is to take "uniform illuminated" pictures of the earth. These
data will be used to obtain the "instrument signature" for flat field
corrections. MOD of 3047.PROP: this repeats highest priority flats and
adds exposures in narrow-band filters to calibrate the neutral density
filter F122W.
