Analytic solution of the relativistic Thomas-Fermi differential equation for the description of electronic distribution in matter system at high density is found in terms of expansions in two independent parameters. One of the parameters is related inversely to the density of the matter system, and the other to the charge of the atomic nucleus. The solution is applicable to and of great practical value to the study of dense matter encountered in astrophysics.
