We seek to recover ~10% of time allocated to the M420 project, (renamed Mopra Galactic Sampler Survey; MOGSS) that was lost to bad weather. We submit this proposal under the advice of the Narrabri OIC, as the requested time is quite large - 125 hours of time. The goals, motivation and approach for the project is unchanged from the 2009 submission, and we present in the request, some very preliminary results to justify our progress.
