The spreading of debris of an exploded black-hole companion is studied by means of exact general-relativistic N-particle treatment. It is shown that, in spite of the generally accepted view that the particles must be quickly smeared out to a circular accretion disk, a temporary precessing eccentric disk may be formed before its circularization. Moreover, there may also exist (if some restrictions are imposed on the velocity distribution of particles) stable extended eccentric disks around black holes.
