An analysis of the evolution of almost-circular orbits of satellites with a revolution period of about 12 hours and an inclination not exceeding 90 deg is presented. Approximate formulas are obtained for the secular and long-period perturbations of the orbital elements under the effect of lunar and solar attraction, optical radiation pressure, and the noncentrality of the terrestrial gravitational field. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of orbital evolution which are obtained are confirmed by numerical-analytical calculations for a time period of about 1000 days.
