Consideration is given to the translational-rotational motion of an axisymmetric satellite in a circular equatorial orbit in the gravitational field of a homogeneous triaxial ellipsoid. Stationary and conditional-periodic (CP) motions of the satellite in the presence of double resonance are determined. The CP solutions are compared with results of the numerical integration of the exact equations of motion for a hypothetic synchronously rotating stationary satellite and a hypothetic nonsynchronously rotating 48-hour satellite.
