Recently we have proposed a s+g-wave model for the superconductivity in
borocarbides, YNi2B2C and LuNi2B2C. In the present paper we first summarize
thermodynamic properties of s+g-wave model. Then we shall analyse the recent
Raman spectra data of RNi2B2C (with R=Lu and Y) by Yang et al. The present
model appears to describe salient features of the Raman spectra.
