Using non commutative deformed canonical commutation relations, a model describing gravitation is constructed. A non commutative Lemaitre-Tolman-Bondi like metric is proposed and non static solutions are discussed. It turns out that in spite of its smallness, the non commutativity of the space geometry plays an important role in unifying the dark matter and energy, controlling the evolution of the universe and giving a new mechanism explaining the matter-antimatter asymmetry.
