Experimental data are presented on diurnal variations of the number of
sporadic radio bursts at frequencies of 38 and 325 MHz in near-earth
space. It is suggested that the interaction of the solar wind with the
earth's magnetosphere plays a significant role in the formation of the
morning-daytime maximum of the number of bursts.
