Scientific paper

The relationship between the intensity of 10-, 30-, and 60-MeV proton
fluxes and the maximal intensity of microwave radio bursts at a
frequency of 3 GHz is analyzed. The results are used to develop a
quantitative diagnostics technique for proton bursts.
