Exact solutions corresponding to a stable charged vacuum are obtained for cosmological Friedmann models with a charged scalar field. It is found that allowance for the massive vector field of the vacuum leads to a change in the expansion law at the early stages of the universe. A method is proposed for obtaining solutions with a charged vacuum for the O(N)-invariant scalar multiplet. It is shown that, in the case of a charged vacuum, stable nontrivial vacuum solutions are possible for all three types of Friedmann metrics.
