Scientific paper

A model is developed for the cloud cover and chemical composition of the
Venus atmosphere which correlates well with Pioneer-Venus data on
short-wave and long-wave radiation fluxes. The role of H2SO4 clustering
in the radiation balance of the Venus atmosphere is examined.
