The B-J Collaboration experiments discovered high transverse momenta in hadronic interactions, through cosmic ray events. Among then, mean transverse momenta of the order of 1GeV/c events were found and such events were nicknamed Centauro events. As the high transverse momenta are of hadronic particles, naturally this is connected with the criteria of identification of secondaries. To have more confidence on the abnormal features of Centauro events, we used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov non parametric test, aiming to show the discrepancy with normal events.
