The spectral morphology of 14 O and early B stars observed with the high dispersion grating on Chandra are presented, along with line identifications for the stronger transitions. Comparisons of the presence and strength of these emission features in relation to luminosity class and spectral type are outlined. Due to the very crowded fields in the Carina Nebula near HD 93129AB and HD 93250, we have experimented with extraction techniques that not only isolate the spectra of the target stars but allow extraction of other nearby X-ray sources. The results of these extraction techniques are compared to the Standard Data Processing products delivered by the Chandra Project.
