A bistable spin-current emitting memory is demonstrated using a Pt/Y$_3$Fe$_5$O$_{12}$ film under parametric excitation. In the Pt/Y$_3$Fe$_5$O$_{12}$ film, the spin pumping driven by parametric excitation selectively enhances the relaxation of short-wavelength exchange spin waves, indicating strong coupling between spin currents and the exchange spin waves at the interface. The spin pumping driven by the exchange spin waves was found to show clear bistable states. This enables reading/writing information on the spin pumping in combination with the inverse spin Hall effect; the nonlinear spin pumping driven by the exchange spin waves operates as a bistable spin pumping memory.
