This review summarizes the parallel session B2ii on structure formation.
Most of the presentations centered on recent data from cosmic microwave
background, large-scale structure and supernovae and the two large
surveys viz. the Sloan digital sky survey and the 2-degree-Field galaxy
redshift survey.
