A description of a gamma ray telescope, which is sensitive to photons in
the energy range of 3 - 10 MeV is presented. Collimation was provided by
a passive shield which functioned somewhat like a 'venetian blind' to
block the signal from one of the detectors. Signal subtraction
techniques were used to obtain the desired information.
