The method of networks is applied to the solution of the equation of anisotropic diffusion of galactic cosmic rays. The solution is based on data concerning the latitudinal distribution of solar activity deduced from the intensity of the green coronal line (5303 A). It is assumed that the transport mean free path for cosmic ray scattering by magnetic nonuniformities of the solar wind is closely associated with the green coronal line intensity. The solution obtained yields the density distribution and the distribution of the radial and transverse gradients of galactic cosmic rays for various epochs of the nineteenth solar cycle.
