An analytical solution of the steady-state transport equation is obtained with allowance for diffusion in the statistical-acceleration space, for particle drift in a spiral interplanetary magnetic field, and for particle-energy changes in the induced electric field at distances on the order of 2 AU from the sun. Continuous injection of cold ions near the sun is assumed.
