RECENTLY, Lyttleton and Bondi1 put forward the suggestion that the outflow of matter in the universe is caused by a net charge on the hydrogen atom, and that in order for the universe to remain steady in the large, there is creation of matter. This analysis was simplified by me2 with the aid of Watson's creation potential3.
