In this work we use an effective field theory model to investigate doped $\rm (CH)_x$ chains under the influence of an external constant Zeeman magnetic field $B_0$, at zero and finite temperature, in the mean-field approximation and beyond. We consider both homogeneous and inhomogeneous $\Delta(x)$ condensates and briefly discuss the possibility of using these materials as partially polarized 1D organic conductors.
