Evolution during the energy spectrum of accelerated electrons is calculated within the framework of a model of an adiabatic magnetic trap with partial precipitation into loss cones as a consequence of resonance scattering on MHD waves. An explanation is proposed for the difference discovered during the experiment between electron spectra from impulse and prolonged flares.
