Scientific paper

The paper examines the generation of neutrons (greater than 50 MeV) of gamma quanta from the disintegration of pi super 0 mesons and bremsstrahlung (greater than 10 MeV) of ultrarelativistic electrons in flare loops during the scattering of primary particles in MHD turbulence for the flare of June 21, 1980. It is shown that the totality of data on high-energy radiation can be explained on the assumption of the acceleration of particles with a power-law spectrum at the impulse phase of the flare if the scattering of high-energy ions over the pitch angle is sufficiently small.
