It is shown that the temperature dependence of masses of particles leads
to the absence of particle creation in the expanding Friedman universe
at temperatures smaller than the Planck temperature
Tp~Mp/sqrt(N), where Mp~1019
GeV is the lanck mass, N is the number of elementary particle species.
