Results of a search for and study of high-energy gamma radiation from pulsars PSR 0833-45 (Vela), Geminga, Cyg X-3, and Her X-1 conducted at the Gamma-1 Observatory are reported. In the light curve of the Vela pulsar, time-dependent changes are identified in the shape of the phase curve over a six-month observation period. The detection of the Geminga radiation suggests the high stability of the pulsar rotation and deceleration. Pulsed radiation is detected from the Her X-1 binary at phase 0.6-0.7 of its orbital motion. No gamma radiation has been detected from the Cyg X-3 system.
