We present a statistical study of fluxes in the electron radiation belts across a range of L-values (L>4) using data from the CXD instrument on the GPS constellation, and LANL geosynchronous particle data. The response of the relativistic electron fluxes as functions of both time and radial distance are examined on a statistical basis for a range of distinct solar wind drivers; two-dimensional superposed epoch analysis is performed with the CXD data, e.g., using high-speed solar wind stream interfaces and interplanetary coronal mass ejections as epochs for the analyses. For each set of epochs we study the variations of key geophysical parameters, and where this differs significantly from 'quiet time' conditions, to help determine why different responses occur under different driving conditions.
