The observed filaments spectrum has been separated into three groups. The photoionization models for each group of filaments is constructed. In each case the agreement of calculated and observed line intensity is good. The results of calculation show that the dispersion of the abundances He/H = 0.15 - 1.20, N/H = (0.28 - 0.92)×10-4, S/H = (0.10 - 0.64)×10-4 and, possibly, O/H = (1.35 - 2.3)×10-4 is real.
