We propose 12CO(J=1-0) observations of a nearby luminous infrared barred spiral galaxy NGC 1365. Star formation efficiency (SFE) is a tracer of star formation activity in a galaxy. Two observational evidences of SFE are accumulated. First, there is a good correlation between SFE and dense gas (e.g. HCN, 13CO, 12CO(J=3-2)). Second, there is a difference of SFE among each structures of a galaxy (e.g. nucleus, bar, and arms). We have observed 12CO(J=3-2) emission in extra-galaxies using ASTE to figure out a role of dense gas in ASTE dense gas imaging of star-forming galaxy project. Muraoka et al. (2008) showed an correlation between SFE and dense gas fraction 12CO(J=3-2)/12CO(J=1-0) in M83. NGC 1365 is mole luminous than M83 in infrared wavelength. Therefore, this is a good object to verify a correlation between SFE and dense gas fraction in more active star forming galaxy. We believe to figure out all molecular gas distribution by Mopra observations. Additionally, 12CO(J=3-2) by ASTE and 12CO(J=1-0) by Mopra observations would provide us above the correlations in NGC 1365.
