Gas stream structure in the vicinity of the inner Lagrangian point was calculated for four R CMa-type eclipsing binaries using the Euler hydrodynamics equations and the big-particles method of Belotserkovskii and Davydov. The stream characteristics are found to be different for stars with mass ratios less than 0.1 and more than 0.1; the mass transfer is quasi-conservative.
