We examine the possibility of the relation between the obscuring
materials and starburst-origin dusty gas clouds. We pursue the dynamics
of clouds, including the effects of radiation forces by an AGN and a
starburst. We conclude that a significant part of AGN obscuration can be
attributed to starburst-origin clouds.
