We study statistics of resonances of a one-dimensional disordered open chain, coupled to an outer world simulated by a perfect lead. Strong disorder limit of such systems has been a subject of interest in previous years. We consider the opposite limiting case of the disorder and derive some results which are new in these studies. The main focus of the present study is the statistics of scattered complex energies in a weak disorder regime. Our results are valid for any length of the chain. These have been further simplified upto a leading order for long chains. A comparison of analytical results of the statistics has been found to be in good agreement with numerics.
