BaPb1-xBixO3 is found to exhibit a field-tuned superconductor to insulator quantum phase transition. For compositions close to optimal doping, the resistivity scales as Rho(T,H)=Rho_c F(|H-Hc| T^(-1/z*nu)), where Hc is a temperature-independent crossing point, and z*nu=0.69\pm0.03. This remarkable scaling, anticipated only for 2D materials but observed here for bulk 3D single crystals, can be understood in terms of a layered nanostructure, which is revealed by TEM measurements. The result establishes a key role for disorder in determining the critical temperature in BaPb1-xBixO3.
