We study spin and charge striped states at the half-filled high Landau level
in the zero Zeeman energy limit using a Hartree-Fock approximation. It is shown
that a ferromagnetic striped Hall state is more stable than the
antiferromagnetic striped state or charge striped state. We calculate the
collective excitations using the single mode approximation.
