This talk summarizes the results published in cond-mat/9703068 (PRL 79,733,
1997) and in cond-mat/9702168 (PR56, 2556, 1997). New results regarding
c-dispersion as measered by de Haas-van Alphen, and regarding residual DOS
problem, is added.
