Based on a thermodynamic approach, we calculate the components of the
resistivity tensor for 3D electron gas assumed to be dissipationless in the
strong quantum limit. The longitudinal resistivity results from Peltier and
Seebeck effects combined. The components of the resistivity tensor found to be
a universal functions of magnetic field and temperature.
