Effect of geometry on the superconductivity is considered. It is shown that
the for nearly two dimensional BCS systems the critical temperature is rapidly
increased with decreasing the thickness of the layer. The result is expected to
be useful in the explanation of high-Tc conductivity of the ceramic compounds.
