Due to its high tracking resolution, MACRO is well suited to search for
muon excesses in the direction of celestial point sources of VHE or UHE
photons. The authors analyze the muons from the direction of the
reported sources of VHE and UHE photons: Cyg X-3, Her X-1, 1E 2259+59
and the Crab.
