We study the time variation of a solar neutrino in the light of spin-flavour precession. There seem to exist parameter regions that can explain the different time variation features of the solar neutrino flux in the Homestake and Kamiokande-II experiments. It is emphasized that the intermediate-energy neutrinos in these parameter regions play an important role in the results of the Homestake experiment.
