An analytic description of the matter-enhanced two-neutrino transitions of the solar neutrinos in the case when the neutrino mixing is induced effectively in matter by neutrino flavour-changing neutral current interactions with the particles of matter is derived. A proof that the indicated mechanism of generation of neutrino mixing provides a possible solution of the solar neutrino problem is given.
