We show that the cosmic microwave background (CMB) data of WMAP can give
subelectronvolt limit on the neutrino mass. We investigate how much we
can make it more stringent by using ``standard ruler'' measurements such
as baryon acoustic oscillation (BAO) and type Ia supernovae (SN).
