A new search is reported for a spatial correlation between bright galaxies and quasars. The Palomar Bright Quasar Survey was used. The 20 brightest galaxies within the PBQS survey area show a striking clustering towards the direction of the local supercluster. The quasar sample is found to be overdense by a factor of 2 in this same direction. The most certain quasars, those with z>=1.0, show an overdensity in this same direction similar to that of the bright galaxies (factor of 4-6).
