In this paper we analyze observations of dwarf nova EX Dra, obtained by the American Association of Variable Star Observers. We have found that after JD 2452665 the cycle length decreased from 23.9 days to approximately 12.7 days and became more unstable. At the same time, the quiescence flux level increased by a factor of 1.7 and the outburst amplitude decreased by a similar factor of 1.7.
