We consider linear and nonlinear spectral-correlational and kinetic
models for fluctuations in the motion of the Earth based on the
Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov and Pugachev equations. Particular attention is
paid to Gaussian linear and nonlinear (statistically linearized) models.
The results of analytical statistical modeling are presented.
