A new kind of solar X-ray flares which has the following characteristics is discussed: a flare X-ray burst involves three phases. In every phase both the properties of X-ray emissions and the locations of the X-ray source are evidently different. The X-ray emissions show the impulsive properties in initial phase, in final phase the impulsive properties of the emissions are overwhelmed by the gradual properties. The X-ray source rises slowly in the development of a solar X-ray flare. The energy continues to be released from the initial phase of an event to its final phase. The author presents a view on the dynamical processes producing this kind of X-ray flares.
