CCD photometry of 4 disk globular clusters in the V, I system is presented. For the clusters M71, 47 Tuc, NGC 6352 and NGC 6760 the photometry reaches well below the turn--off (TO) allowing an estimate of possible age--differences among the clusters. Based on measurements of Delta VHB(TO) using two different methods it is found that the age-differences among these clusters are very small, (<= 1.5 Gyr). If they are true thick disk clusters this could imply that the oldest part of the thick disk formed over a very short time span. The so--called RGB bump is also detected for the clusters and the measured values are used to estimate their metallicities.
